Rudding Park Wedding Photography of Lynsey and Tom
Easily tweet this post to friends and family by clicking on this link Last Friday saw some glorious weather at Rudding Park for the amazing wedding of Lynsey and Tom.
The girls got ready in the fabulous five star Huntingdale Lodge in the Rudding Park grounds. The bridesmaids’ hair was individually styled by expert Hair and Make-Up artist Erika Swinn . They all looked gorgeous in matching full length bridesmaids’ dresses.
Lynsey wore shimmering bridal shoes from the Carvela Kurt Geiger range, and an intricately detailed Ian Stuart wedding dress. Her long veil with beautifully laced edgings was stunning.
The girls all gathered in front of Rudding Park’s main entrance, before walking around to the chapel for the wedding ceremony. With them was Lynsey’s mum Sharon, who gave Lynsey away, and two very pretty flower girls. Lynsey carried with her a small photograph, attached to her bridal bouquet of soft pink roses.
The groom, his two best men and groomsmen wore black tie, and I took a few very relaxed shots of the gents as they relaxed before the wedding.
There are few places as ornate and splendid as Rudding Park Chapel, especially when the alter is lit with a display of candles, and the bride is played in by a string quartet. A fantastic display of flowers dressed the chapel door archway at the entrance to the chapel.
Amongst other readings, a friend read out a poem commissioned especially by Lynsey for the day.
The gardens were full of summer colours, as the guests enjoyed drinks and canapés on the terrace.
The wedding breakfast for 120 friends and family was held in the magnificent Radcliffe Room. Singer Jim Whiteley entertained the guests, and went on to sing for Lynsey and Tom during first dance.
This was just a wonderful wedding day, and I’ve added a few photos below as a sneak preview for wedding guests. More can be seen on my Facebook Page at this link. Once the lucky couple return form honeymoon, the full set of photographs will be online and available from here.
