Wedding photography at Oulton Hall weddings
What makes Oulton Hall a great place for weddings?
Oulton Hall weddings are set in an 18th century mansion, with beautifully tended gardens and its own golf course. Oulton Hall is centrally placed between Leeds, Wakefield and Pontefract, and has easy access to the A1M/M1/M62 motorways. The venue is registered for civil ceremony weddings. Couples have the choice of the Claret Jug for their wedding reception, or for larger wedding parties, the Oulton Suite. The splendid gardens, terraces and sweeping views are fantastic for enjoying your wedding reception outdoors. The sweeping staircase, balconies and entrance hall are ideal for indoors wedding photography in the event of bad weather, and in winter.

How to find Oulton Hall
Oulton Hall is sandwiched between the M1 and the M62, and is easily accessible from both. Take J44 of the M1, or J30 of the M62, and follow the signs to Rothwell. From either, you will arrive a t a large roundabout in the centre of Rothwell – turn left (South West) if travelling from the M62, or right if travelling from the M1. After a few hundred yards, the entrance drive for Oulton Hall is on your left – and well signposted. See here for further details.
